Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs) have the potential to significantly increase access to college opportunities for families. The concept of CSAs continues to gain momentum. In this session from our 2012 Conference, experts will describe emerging CSA programs, their experiences with CSA initiatives at the local level, and the potential aspirational impact of these accounts.
